Kathy Reyes

Kathy Reyes’ fourteen years of progressive human resources and employee relations expertise at American Airlines, together with her English/Spanish fluency, blends uniquely with DAS HR Consulting, LLC. Known as both a strategic and tactical thinker, she identifies relevant patterns and issues and designs alternative methods, strengths fortified by her organizational and people leadership abilities.

Whether as a sole contributor or supervising numerous direct reports, she has served as a reliable source on foreign labor laws, corporate policy design and interpretation, bilingual training, implementation of country specific employee programs, employee and labor relations, international compensation and benefits, strategic consulting, performance management and leadership development.

Besides her successful tenures with American Airlines, Pepsi-Cola, Interamericana, and Citibank, she recently founded her consultancy – HR Pinnacle, LLC, specializing in the analysis and translation of HR documents and procedures, in addition to providing comprehensive bilingual strategic business support on all human resources products and services.

With a BA Degree in Business Education from the University of Puerto Rico, she has been a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, and represented American Airlines in the Association of Personnel Directors in Airline Industry and in the OneWorld Alliance.
