Here is a snap-shot of how we are able to serve you and provide you with the Human Resources information you need. During the course of our services to you, we assess all of your HR programs including conducting focus groups with employees and managers to garner their suggestions on enhancing employee productivity and engagement. — What’s working in the company and what helps drive performance? This process takes approximately 3 weeks, depending on the number of employees. With the focus group results, we review all compensation, benefits, employee relations issues, records, etc. and provide recommendations based on your strategic plan. Lastly, we provide a written report with recommendations, and then meet with you and strategically plan the implementation of agreed-upon actions.
