A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) operates as a co-employer for your Company’s employees. The PEO sometimes called an EMPLOYEE LEASING service, assumes both the administrative liability and the employment liability. Usually your employees become the PEO vendor’s employees. Each model has their pros and cons and should be considered prudently.
